Operation "House Call"
While Democrats have said that a vote on H.R. 3962 (the 1,990 page “health care” bill) could come as early as this Friday, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann from Minnesota has called on Americans to make a “house call” to Congress this week.
Please commit to joining the WAUSAU TEA PARTY PATRIOTS (on your lunch hour this Thursday, Nov. 5) at Congressman Dave Obey’s and Senator Russ Feingold’s downtown Wausau offices (they are located in the same building) to let them know that we are opposed to this bill, that we are watching this situation VERY closely to see how they vote and that we have friends who ACTUALLY READ THE BILL!
Bring a sign expressing your viewpoint and be prepared to sign and deliver Congressman Obey and Senator Feingold their pink slips!
